About the Role

We’re looking for a highly capable Business Operations Lead to work closely with the founder and leadership team to bring structure, accountability, and execution across the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can take ownership, manage complex projects, improve systems, and turn ideas into action. The idóneo candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage business operations, workflows, and process improvements
- Build and maintain SOPs and scalable systems
- Lead projects from planning through execution
- Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support Monday.com, CRM, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate vendors, invoicing, purchasing, and administrative processes
- Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
- Create accountability and ensure projects move forward

Qualifications





- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Executive Support, or similar roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience supporting founders, executives, startups, or growing businesses preferred
- Familiarity with CRM, workflow tools, SOPs, and automation
- Experience with Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $138.00 - $207.00 per hour
