PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ensure the administrative part of IKEA Food is well manage in order to reach the Gross Margin, Gross Profit and Operational Profit goals at store level.
Support the Regional IKEA Food manager with all the administrative information and report whenever is requested and necessary.
The main tasks of this job involve being always up to date on all item & recipe cards, promotional items and Unit cost in MVBC (in all stores in SEA), in order to secure the best possible financial result for your region.
Submitting monthly reports to Regional IKEA Food manager on Sales Analysis of all SEA stores IKEA Food from MVBC.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB




- All sold goods have a correct recipe card in MVBC in order to secure an accurate theoretical result.
- Ensuring that all Item/Ingredient cards have the correct unit costs, Unit of Measurement, Purchase unit and Vendor.
- Coordinate with IKEA Food Development manager on the approved quotations from suppliers before input it into MVBC
- Work closely with SEA stores Admin Assistant to ensure 4-eyes principle on all the Item, Recipe, Promotion cards created. - Cooperate with country Business Analyst to secure the correct setup of local articles, promotions and combos, prices etc.
- Ensure that GM forms are submitted and approved by IKEA Food Country manager before input into MVBC.
- Support Regional IKEA Food manager on all administrative matters.
- Check all Item and Recipe cards twice a year, and to “Disable” those cards that are not in use.
- Generate monthly reports from MVBC for all SEA stores relating to IKEA Food.
- Working closely with IKEA Food Development managers and ensure that Vendors without Agreement are “Blocked” in MVBC.

Knowledge:
- At least 5 years’ experience in an administrative role in a retail or multi-units food service organisation.
- Hands on experience with Master Version Business Control (Navision) and accurate data input.
- Experience of report writing
- Experience of handling and collating information from different data streams - Knowledge of electronic filing systems and electronic document handling/management.
- Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms - MS Teams
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoints presentation
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
