We are seeking a **Physical and Cycle Inventory Coordinator** with solid experience in inventory management within SAP environments. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing physical and cycle counts, ensuring the accuracy of records and the availability of stock in compliance with internal control policies and applicable regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and supervise physical and cycle inventory counts in warehouses or distribution centers.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical inventory and SAP system records.
- Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies, generate deviation reports, and define corrective action plans.
- Establish and maintain cycle count schedules, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Production, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity.




- Propose and implement improvements to inventory control processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in physical and cycle inventory control.
- **Advanced knowledge of SAP** (MM / WM / IM modules).
- Solid understanding of inventory control standards and procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- **Advanced English (mandatory)** — the position reports directly to the U.S.
