We're a fast-growing **lead generation agency** helping businesses scale through strategic outbound campaigns — and we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our remote team!
This role combines **outbound campaign management** with **sales calls and deal-closing**, so if you're experienced in B2B sales, motivated by results, and thrive on autonomy — this could be the perfect fit.
**What You’ll Do**:
Plan, launch, and manage outbound campaigns and inboxes
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
Run discovery & demo calls with potential clients
Close deals and meet monthly targets
Keep CRM records clean and up-to-date
**What We're Looking For**:
- 2-5+ years in sales/closing (preferably B2B or agency)
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools (e.g., Instantly, Skylead, Lemlist, or similar)
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken + written)
- Driven, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Available to work **U.S. Eastern Time**: 10AM - 4PM ET, Mon-Fri
- You have a stable and high-speed internet connection.
**Compensation & Perks**:




- **Base Salary**: $1000 USD /month
- **Bonus Performance Commissions**: $300-$800+ USD / month (uncapped)
- **7-hour shift**:
