- Our sales team in Polanco is seeking a Trainee to support our Marketing Automation Specialist in the execution of campaigns and data management. This role is part-time, idóneo for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in automation tools, database administration, and digital marketing strategies.
- Your main responsibilities are:
Assist with database management: cleaning, deduplication, updating records, and ensuring data quality.
Collaborate in the administration of automation platforms
Provide support in the execution and monitoring of workflows defined by the Marketing Automation Specialist.
Help track and report key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
Support integration tasks between CRM, automation tools, and digital channels.
Contribute with basic reporting, dashboards, and macros to streamline processes.
- Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
Interest in digital marketing, automation, and data-driven strategies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets (macros and formulas are a plus).
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, Python, or similar) is desirable but not mandatory.
English: Intermediate (for global documentation and communication).
Proactive, eager to learn, and open to working in a multicultural team.
