We are looking for a **Design, Permits & Interconnection Manager** to lead the technical and administrative processes related to solar panel installations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality in every project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **design and development** of residential and commercial solar systems for NYC projects.
- Oversee **interconnection procedures** with utility companies, ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory standards.
- **Monitor and optimize project documentation**, both technical and legal,



throughout all stages of execution.
- Track project progress to ensure proper and timely completion.
- Generate supporting documentation and data needed for project operations, such as SmartSheet and HubSpot
- Provide **operational support** to the entire team as needed.
- Stay informed on **local regulations and policy changes** affecting the solar industry in NYC.
**Requirements**:
- **Fully Bilingual English Spanish** (professional level - required).
- **Bachelor’s degree in architecture** (preferred) or a related field.
- **AutoCAD expert**:
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in the solar industry and in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of NYC DOB permitting processes and regulations.
- Experience with utility company interconnection procedures.
- Must **reside in Mexico City** and be available to visit the office **once a month**.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
**What We Offer**
- $40,000 net a month
