- HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE_
- Managing changes to SAP master data (mainly vendor, customer, Bank, Bank accounts, GL accounts, materials) as requested by the business
- Managing changes in Esker master data (user creation,



cc maintenance, GL accounts, approval workflow updates, etc.)
- Performing mass updates to master data as required
- Participating in projects and initiatives across multiple functional
- areas and regions
- Working with business units, process experts and IT to resolve master data issues
- Ensuring data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across systems
- Ensure and collect vendors confidential information.
- Safeguard confidential documentation of vendors.
- Supporting the business with required procedures, submitting incidents and change requests when needed
- Work with the general team and Director of Financial systems to develop a process to maintain all Master Data up to date
- Develop and execute an ongoing audit plan for Master Data
- Prepare analysis and supporting documentation for both internal and external audits
- Any other ad hoc activities as needed
