**JOB SUMMARY**
Primary task is to assist and support the Corporate Trade Compliance Team with researching and assigning Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS-US) classifications and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) to Jabil products and components.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Researching part and product technical characteristics in SAP, customer or vendor websites, general WWW searches, or other database searches.
- Under direct supervision from Trade Compliance Manager, assign and enter HTS-US, ECCNs, and other import/export information directly into SAP or offline into an MS EXCEL database.
- Manage, sort, partition, extract or add date items using SAP or MS EXCEL spreadsheet tools.
- Other general administrative tasks as necessary to support Jabil Corporate Trade Compliance Team. Tasks may include product research file creation, data entry and retrieval, file development, entry reviews and audits, other administrative and organizational tasks as required.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Job Description- Audits internal processes, procedures, and documentation are in accordance with Mexican customs regulations.
- Ensures & audits the maquila software (24 & 30 Annex), import and export operation, IMMEX program, FTA forms, PROSEC, AEO, C-TPAT, Fixed assets, VAT certification, etc.
- Makes action plans with corrective actions (who, what and by when will be ready) of all the issues out of the parameter.
- Manage procedures through the VUCEM, including automatic notices, PROSEC & Regla 8va requests, CIVA modification notices, among others.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Responds to government requests when it will be required.
- Attends the authorities’ visits.
- Responds to regional trade compliance requests
- Comply and adhere to Internal Department Procedures.
- Participates and promote activities to improve internal controls and requirements related to Trade Compliance duties.

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, international trade or related fields.
- Experience 2-3 years.
- Diploma and/or specialization: preferred un customs and compliance and logistics.
- Knowledge in customs law, RGCE, TIGIE, ANNEX 24 & 30.
- TLC´s, IMMEX, CIVA, OEA.
- English 80%
