**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
What will the assigned Staff Members who support the Agile and Project Management services will do?
- In Predictive or Traditional Project Management Initiatives:
- Manage the project throughout the project Life Cycle.
- Project Planning.
- Manage the definition of the required resources (time, cost, etc.) to execute the project.
- Develop a schedule for the development and implementation of the defined scope and deliverables, within the defined constraints (time / cost).
- Manage the schedule, evolution and project status with senior management and all stakeholders from the project, as per the defined communication plan and agreed periodicity.
- Define the objectives and KPI’s that will be used to track and evaluate the project performance.
- Project administration, Monitoring and Control.
- Manage Customer Requirements.
- Manage project finances.
- Manage the project enabler processes (e.g. Change Requests).
- Manages customer expectations.
- Actively communicates with customer representatives and manages solving issues.
- Regularly performs lessons learned activities and feeds the results into own project team.
- At an early stage, informs customer, management and project team of deviations from project plan.
- Ensures monitoring, tracking and management of risks and opportunities and timely escalations.
- Manage compliance with standards, rules and regulations according to the Client Guidelines.
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.




- 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management and professional experience in Major or Programs - Relevant and Proven Experience in IT Projects.
- Experience acting as a Scrum Master for distributed Scrum teams.
- Experience leading Agile / Scrum adoption at the team level.
- Experience with Agile and Project management tools.
- Experience in Project Management and Agile Management in software Development projects,** SAP projects and IT delivery. (Desirable)**:
- Understanding the value of delivering on release commitments made by a development team.
- Ability to recommend improvements and assist in changes to team best practices.
- Familiarity with service-oriented environments and modern development practices.
- Experience building and managing relationships across a large enterprise.
- Experience in influencing decision-making from top down and bottom up.
**Informaciones adicionales**
Preferred and Strongly Considered Qualifications:
- Agile/Scrum Industry Certification(s).
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
- Previous software development experience
- ITIL certification.
