Responsibilities

The Opportunity
This role sits within the newly established Process Excellence & Automation (PE&A;)



function under PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation organization and is responsible for embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement across Requisition to Pay (R2P) operations delivered from the Mexico Capability Centre. The role will lead Lean Six Sigma–based transformation, driving process simplification, standardisation, and operational excellence across the end-to-end R2P value stream. It will focus on improving efficiency, reducing cost to serve, enhancing user experience, and ensuring disciplined continuous improvement governance across all R2P teams in the Mexico Capability Centre. Key responsibilities include leading Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and Design Thinking workshops, while partnering closely with Global Process Owners, Hyper Automation, and Digital teams to deliver scalable and sustainable improvements. This position reports into senior leadership within the Process Excellence & Automation organisation.
