What You Bring:
- 2+ years of customer service or order management experience (or equivalent education).
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to calculate pricing, discounts, and margins.
- High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently or in a team.




- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to find and propose solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Power BI, or similar).
- Willingness to work extra hours during month-end or quarter-end cycles.
