Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) About The Role At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate, test, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare IT scenarios
Diagnose and assess AI responses involving EHR workflows, clinical application logic, and hospital infrastructure
Translate complex clinical and operational concepts into structured, accurate feedback that helps AI systems improve
Review and annotate AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability
Provide expert-level insight into how healthcare technology is used in practice Who You Are Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
Strong technical troubleshooting mindset with the ability to identify errors and gaps in system logic
Skilled at bridging clinical and technical worlds — you understand how clinicians work and how systems serve them
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently on structured tasks
Clear written communicator who can explain complex concepts concisely Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
