You Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CRE project delivery across the Americas region

Drive projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Provide clear reporting on progress, costs, and outcomes

What You Bring

Proven experience managing CRE or construction projects

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Solid understanding of project delivery and commissioning

Ability to manage budgets, schedules,



and risks effectively

Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
