Transform the warehouse area into a reliable, organized, and efficient operation, reducing errors, ensuring continuous material flow to production, and guaranteeing accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management Professional with experience in ensuring accurate system transactions, timely material supply, and operational efficiency.
- Inventory & System Control: Accurate Oracle transactions, discrepancy resolution, and enforcing process discipline.
- Material Supply to Production: Minimizing line stoppages, defining standard lead times, and coordinating forklift operations.
- Standardization & Documentation: Developing work instructions, maintaining SOPs, and auditing compliance.
- Performance Management: Implementing KPIs (inventory accuracy, lead times, FIFO compliance, on-time shipments, 5S), evaluating staff performance, and coordinating HR actions.




- Warehouse Organization: Implementing FIFO systems, optimizing layouts, and maintaining 5S standards.
- Operational Leadership: Supervising and motivating staff, balancing workloads, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years supervising warehouses in a manufacturing environment (15+ employees).
- Proven experience implementing work standards, process documentation, and performance evaluation systems.
- ERP knowledge (preferably Oracle) for inventory movements, transfers, and FIFO processes.
- Experience in 5S, warehouse layout, and material flow optimization.
- Preferred: Exposure to ISO/IATF audits and Lean methodologi
