**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Monthly salary of $21,000 gross (bruto)
- Schedule Monday to Friday from 9AM to 2PM.
- Year-end bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days.
- Savings fund: 10% (capped at 1.3 UMAM).
- Grocery vouchers: 10% of base salary (capped at $1,302.84 MXN).

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Manage and coordinate daily supply chain operations for e-commerce channels, mainly Amazon FBA.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Perform inventory reconciliations to ensure data consistency between warehouse systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners to ensure timely order processing and shipping.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation, customs compliance, and carrier coordination.
- Collaborate with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks,



and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with platform-specific requirements (Amazon policies, labeling, packaging standards, etc.).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably with exposure to e-commerce channels (Amazon FBA, Walmart Marketplace, etc.).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (B2-C2)
- Strong understanding of Amazon/FBA operational processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination, knowledge of multi-channel e-commerce platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting (Excel, ERP systems, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
