- Develops and offers appropriate colorant recommendations for customers' formulations
- Translates customer and regulatory requirements into product and service ideas
- Supports in problem solving in regard to complaints and quality related issues
- Provide technical expertise to support sales teams in customer engagements, product positioning, and solution selling.
- Translate market trends and customer needs into actionable insights for product development and innovation pipelines.
- Prepare marketing materials, technical presentations, and product documentation to support commercial activities.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Regulatory) to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand positioning in target markets.




**Additional Information** Skillsets (Technical/Behavioural)**:
**Technical**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of pigment chemistry, color science, and pigments formulations.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a commercial focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a business-oriented manner.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, industry events, and cross-functional collaboration
