**Main Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and deliver financial reports that reflect the companys economic reality, including analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Oversee the efficient use of working capital, with special focus on managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Design and implement initiatives to optimize costs, eliminate unnecessary expenses, and strengthen the organizations cash flow.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline internal processes and boost the productivity of the administrative area.
- Coordinate and develop teams, setting clear objectives and promoting a high-performance culture.
**Key Requirements**:
- **
Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in Administrative, Financial, or Accounting Management roles.
- **
Education**:



Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or relevant certifications are a plus.
- **
Technical Knowledge**: Strong expertise in financial management, treasury, budget control, and accounting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems or accounting software.
- **
Core Skills**: Negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and cross-departmental leadership.
- **
Languages**: Advanced English, written and spoken.
**What We Offer**:
- Monthly salary: $40,000 - $43,000 MXN gross.
