**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
- Evaluate and optimize existing business processes and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability
- Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution
- Perform data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring clear communication of issues and resolutions across teams
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new solutions. Create training materials and user documentation
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to verify that solutions meet defined business needs and requirements
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and emerging trends in the insurance sector and share insights with relevant teams
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation
- Skills in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, or Tableau




- Knowledge of insurance software systems or platforms and methodologies, specifically within life, health, property, and casualty insurance
- Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a high degree of attention to detail
- Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
- Background in creating comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, use cases, and training materials
- Flexibility to use new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
**Nice to have**
- Experience with life, health, property, and casualty insurance
- Expertise in Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Showcase of experience in creating dashboards or visual representations using tools like Power BI
- Understanding of API integrations and system implementation projects
- Familiarity with actuarial, claims, or underwriting processes in insurance
