**Responsibilities**
- Define comprehensive product and technology requirements for service transformation
- Develop and deliver strategic product vision including development roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Manage product development lifecycle, including timelines and scope
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and quality
- Partner with designers to create exceptional user interfaces and experiences
- Coordinate with product marketing on go-to-market strategies
- Manage project resources, budgeting, and prioritization with strategic decision-making
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders about product vision, roadmap, and progress
- Gather and address feedback to refine product direction
- Stay informed about competitive products and emerging service trends
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of product management experience in agile environments
- Experience in travel and/or B2B sectors
- Proven track record of successful product launches from concept to post-launch analysis
- Passion for technology, travel, and customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex customer challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced organizational and project management capabilities
- Experience with Jira
- Proficiency in writing user stories
- Understanding of product development technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- B2+ level English proficiency
