What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and solve external user issues. Analyze processes and instigate changes to help scale operations and improve user experience. Work closely with other Stripe teams to enhance product offerings and messaging around new products and features. Partner with integral operations specialists to run critical workflows.

What We're Looking For

User-first mindset with a passion for solving difficult problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or user-facing operations. Organized self-starter with a process-oriented mindset.
