Your Impact

We're looking for a Content Manager who combines strategic thinking and team leadership with hands on execution.

You'll lead the day to day operation of the Content / Creative discipline while actively developing content strategies, shaping narratives, and contributing to the work alongside your team. You'll translate business objectives into meaningful stories and integrated content ecosystems that connect brands with culture and deliver measurable results.

Working closely with Account Management, Design, Community, Audiovisual, Production, and PR & Influencer Marketing, you'll ensure ideas move seamlessly from strategy to execution balancing creative ambition, operational excellence, and business impact.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Content

- Develop and execute integrated content strategies across digital, social, experiential, and campaign platforms.
- Translate business and brand objectives into editorial frameworks, content pillars, storytelling approaches, and creative narratives.
- Actively contribute to copywriting, concept development, presentations, and strategic content deliverables.
- Ensure content is culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and aligned with each brand's voice and objectives.

Creative & Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Content team while remaining actively involved in the work.
- Review, edit, and refine copy, scripts, narratives, and editorial deliverables to maintain a high standard of craft.
- Partner with Design, Community, Audiovisual,



and Account Management to develop integrated creative solutions.
- Prioritize workloads, provide clear feedback, and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

- Lead the daily operation of the Content discipline, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ensure projects move efficiently from brief to delivery, maintaining quality, timelines, and strategic alignment.
- Optimize workflows and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Support new business initiatives through content strategy, creative thinking, pitches, and presentations.

Innovation & Business Impact

- Stay ahead of cultural conversations, emerging platforms, consumer behavior, and new content formats.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence into research, ideation, content development, and operational workflows.
- Use performance insights to continuously improve content strategies and creative decisions.
- Balance creative excellence with client objectives, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Editorial, Copywriting, or Digital Content within a creative agency or brand environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams while remaining hands on in the work.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, editing, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of culture, social platforms, digital ecosystems, and brand communications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.




- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar to enhance research, creativity, and productivity.
- Based in Mexico City.
