As B2B REFINISH LEADER, you will increase market share and sales within the accounts in your assigned region, developing commercial strategies and plans to positively affect the market through the B2B model, consolidating corporate agreements looking to maximize strategic industrial and commercial segments, and strengthening relationships with our customers and dealers.
**key Responsibilities**
- You will create regional commercial agreements and partnerships with local accounts that correspond to priority segments (B2B).
- You will lead corporate clients; seek new clients, use market potential by segment, and increase market share and sales in the territory.
- You will ensure that national or regional agreements are handled with in the markets under your responsibility.
- Depend on the project pipeline, you will collaborate on the demand plan with.
- You will build sales strategies together with dealers, provide mentoring, and manage their execution to ensure goals are met.
- You will serve and manage B2B salespeople at dealerships to service projects (new construction and maintenance) in their markets.
**Qualifications**
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in economics/administration or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B field sales development (medium and high volume).
- Intermediate level of English,



able to understand and engage in business conversations.
- 3+ years of experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce) and intermediate/advanced level Microsoft Office.
- 1+ year of experience in automotive refinis
