**As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will**:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with small groups of children outside the classroom, focusing on phonics interventions to boost early reading skills.
- Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment.




- Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted support strategies.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
- Confidence delivering phonics sessions to small groups.
- A nurturing and patient approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
