**EYFS Teaching Assistant**

- Do you love supporting young children as they take their first steps into learning? _A welcoming primary school in Aston is looking for a caring and confident EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team.
This full-time role is idóneo for someone with a warm approach and a genuine passion for early childhood education. You'll be based in Nursery or Reception, helping children settle into routines, develop key skills, and feel safe and supported in their learning.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Supporting the class teacher with daily routines and learning activities.
- Helping children with phonics, early literacy, and number skills.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils that may have additional needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour through praise, play, and clear boundaries.
- Adapting activities to support children with additional needs where needed.




**Who We're Looking For Someone That**:
- Has experience working with young children in an EYFS or nursery setting.
- Brings energy, patience, and a nurturing approach.
- Understands how to support early learning through play and interaction.
- Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to work as part of a supportive team.
