Team Overview
The Consumer Solutions team is responsible for developing, managing, and growing TransUnion's direct-to-consumer and consumer-focused digital solutions that help individuals better understand, protect, and improve their financial health and identity security. The team partners closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative digital experiences that create value for consumers and support business growth. Through customer-centric product development, market insights, and continuous optimization, the team advances TransUnion's strategy of expanding trusted consumer solutions across the Mexican market. This role reports to Carlos Medina, Director, Business Development/ Consumer Interactive.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of revenue growth, profitability,



and business performance objectives across consumer-facing product lines.
- Execute the digital product roadmap for the Mexican market and partner with development teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Participate across the full product lifecycle, including strategy, requirements gathering, delivery, go-to-market activities, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and provide recommendations that support business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer, consumer, and market requirements through research, Voice of Customer (VOC), and market intelligence activities.
- Monitor product performance, business KPIs, financial metrics, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
