We are looking for individuals located in Hermosillo, Mexico to join this team, where we will help you develop your talent. **Enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism** are essential values to successfully carry out the **role's responsibilities**, which include:
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to upper management.
- Following up on complex customer interactions when necessary.
- Accurately recording customer interaction details.




- Building rapport with customers using an upbeat, positive, professional attitude.
- Offering solutions.
**Requirements**:
- All calls are handled in English, so fluency is necessary
- Positive attitude
- Call center experience is a plus
