**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps
- Prioritize product features based on business value and technical feasibility
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver solutions
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to guide improvements
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between product development and client needs
- Facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies
- Document technical requirements and user stories
- Coordinate release planning and go-to-market activities
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of technical product development
- Proven ability to analyze and prioritize product features
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
- English proficiency level B2 or higher
