The Role
We’re looking for a **mid-level software engineer** who’s comfortable working remotely and can jump right into meaningful projects. You’ll work closely with our CTO and product team on building and improving:
- Backend services and APIs that power payments and payroll
- Scalable, secure systems that integrate with third-party fintech partners
- Internal tools and modules that make our platform faster and more reliable
You’ll be part of a lean team where communication matters, deadlines are real,



and your ideas will be heard. This is a great fit for someone who likes building things that actually ship and wants to grow with a U.S.based company that’s scaling fast.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer
- Solid skills in **JavaScript/TypeScript**, **Node.js**, or similar backend technologies
- Experience working with **REST APIs** and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Comfortable working in an agile or fast-moving startup environment
- Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written
- Someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and writes clean, reliable code
- Bonus: experience in fintech, payroll, or payment processing
