We are seeking an experienced **Senior Performance Tester**to enhance scalability, efficiency, and reliability across our systems.
As an integral team member, you will focus on optimizing performance, utilizing advanced tools, and delivering insights to improve our technology environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure scalability and performance testing processes align with business objectives
- Analyze system behavior under load, providing actionable feedback for optimization
- Implement tools like Artillery to generate loads and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate within a microservices architecture to address performance challenges
- Utilize OpenTelemetry and Prometheus for integrated observability and monitoring
- Integrate automation into testing, data collection, and reporting workflows
- Leverage CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment and testing environments
- Drive performance tuning for cloud platforms, including GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Partner with teams to enhance store efficiency within e-commerce environments
- Take ownership of load testing strategies with unwavering quality standards
**Requirements**:
- Over 3 years of experience relevant to performance and scalability testing
- Expertise in load testing using tools like Artillery and programming in Go, Scala, or TypeScript
- Proficiency in observability solutions like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and ELK for diagnostics
- Background in microservices architecture and cloud platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows for seamless operations
- Competency in store efficiency enhancement within e-commerce settings
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
