Work Model: Fully On-site (must be available to work across 2-3 client locations within CDMX)

Language: Advanced English required What you will work on As part of a general audit team, you will lead and execute risk-based internal audits across various business processes, working alongside client team members in a collaborative co-sourced environment.

Areas of focus include: Finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)Risk assessment, control testing, and compliance reviewsIdentification of control weaknesses and process improvement opportunitiesDocumentation of findings and recommendationsStakeholder discussions and alignment on audit observationsAudit evidence management and reporting through TeamMate Plus 5 weeks during Nov 6 to December 11, on site (1-3 different locations within CDMX and Estado de Mexico) What you will bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline12-15 years of Internal Audit experience in multinational organizationsStrong expertise in risk assessment, internal controls, and audit methodologiesExperience auditing FinanceProfessional certifications highly valued (CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent)Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skillsProven ability to influence, challenge, and advise business leadersStrong consultative mindset and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience working in complex, global,
