ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Cost Accountant for our manufacturing plant located in Apodaca, N.L. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cost accounting system, controlling operational inventory, performing variance analysis, and delivering financial reports to support operational decisions and corporate financial accuracy.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (Graduate d)
- Experience : Minimum 5 year s of hands-on cost accounting experience within industrial manufacturing plant s
- ERP System : Proven experience working with Oracle ER P (Cost Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules)
- English Proficiency : Advanced Englis h (capable of conducting business meetings, presenting reports, and collaborating with general leadership)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Cost Accounting System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing systems and procedures.

2.General Ledger & Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries,



reconcile ledger accounts, and execute month-end cost accounting closure.

3.Cost Allocation: Collect operational data to allocate costs for labor, machinery, depreciation, assembly, and overhead expenses.

4.Variance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare financial statements, cost variance reports, and special analyses as requested by management.

5.Business Partnershi p: Interpret financial reports and operational metrics for plant leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

6.Oracle ERP Administratio n: Maintain accurate inventory valuations, cost sheets, and transactional data within Oracle.

7.Cross-functional Collaboratio n: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure data integrity and process compliance.

Location: Must be able to work on-site in Apodaca, N .L.
