Overview:

- Be a planning and information link between internal and external customers for daily productivity.
- Plan together with the operational area the boarding and management of the yard.
- Supervise that the client's operating instructions are analyzed and executed.
- Assign daily activities to the work team.
- Review the issuance and reception of information that the work team executes.
- Recommend alternatives in operational processes, in order to increase productivity and perform work safely.
- Plan the training of personnel regarding the tasks delegated to them.
- Preparation of action plans for the personnel in charge to work as a team.
- Compliance with ISO and WOW regulatory process indicators.
- Participation in internal ISO and WOW process audits.
- Preparation of ISO and SOP processes corresponding to your area of work.
- Preparation of monthly performance dashboard reports.
- Compliance with official external and internal audits.

- Ensure the timely submission of reports.
- Plan together with the operational area the boarding and management of the yard.




- Review with the client the compliance with instructions.
- Encourage employee development through training activities. to increase the skills andcompetencies of the employee.
- Decide on working days for your team.
- Delegate responsibilities to the work team.
- Attend daily customer meetings at start-ups.
- Track daily attendance of your staff in the Kronos system.
- Compliance with requirements in Workday

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration/commercial or related career, graduated.
- Knowledge: Administrative computing, being related to information technologies, knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience: Knowledge in automotive logistics and supply chain, inventory management, customer focus and resource management, results-based planning, traffic and customs (03 years).
- Required language: Intermediate English – advanced (able to establish a conversation).
- Availability to travel: Yes.
