Medcaptain is expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Engineer to support our distributor network across Mexico. If you're passionate about medical technology and want to make a real impact in healthcare, this is your chance.

What you'll do

- Support distributors across Mexico with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Medcaptain products

- Build strong relationships with key hospitals, especially medical equipment management departments

- Train distributor staff and ensure top-tier service quality for end users

- Handle customer feedback and resolve major technical issues in your region

- Partner with sales & marketing on product promotion and gather local market insights

- Manage spare parts stock and demo units for your area





- Help grow the Medcaptain brand in the Mexican market

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or above (Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, preferred)

- 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry, anesthesia machine, life support device preferred.

- Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading) — Spanish is a strong plus for the local market

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Willing to travel frequently across the region(Mexico or nearby countries)
