We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at PRIMO!

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers regarding their shipping operations, ensuring timely communication, accurate shipment tracking, and excellent service throughout the transportation process.

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage and process POs/LTs from internal and external customers.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
- Ensure GPS tracking and accurate updates in our TMS.
- Collect and manage required shipment documentation.
- Provide timely shipment status updates and service reports to customers.
- Identify potential service issues and coordinate action plans with carriers.
- Monitor and evaluate carrier performance.
- Support the resolution of AR discrepancies related to shipments.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related industry.
- Advanced English.




- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with carriers and negotiating transportation services.
- Experience across different markets such as Domestic US, Domestic Mexico, Cross-Border, and Canada is a plus.
- Strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
