**Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to car insurance services.
- Handle billing inquiries and process customer payments.
- Explain insurance rates, policy details, and endorsement procedures.
- Review and verify insurance documents.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:

Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience.

Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
