**MUST HAVE**:
Experience: 1+ year in customer service or call centers (BPO)
Languages: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Answer calls with professionalism and empathy
Document and resolve inquiries
Provide excellent client service
Pay close attention to detail
Retain and document client/provider info
**Responsibilities**
1️ Conduct consultations for potential cases
2️ Sign up new clients electronically
3️ Set initial clinic appointments
5️ Process and file legal documents
6️ Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms
7️ Data entry and case documentation
**Secondary Duties**:
Collaborate with other departments
Connect clients with legal teams
Direct calls from insurance/medical providers appropriately
