- **What You’ll Do**:
- You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.
- Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.
- Support the campaign to increase its clientele through inbound calls.
- Use technological platforms to provide the best support.-
Experiência y requisitos
- **What We’re Looking For**:
- Passion for customer service
- Preferably experience in a call center
- 90% proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Shift availability- **What We Offer**:
- Shift availability: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Mon-Fri.



With availability to work both Saturday and Sunday (as needed). 2 days off per week.
- Up to $6,000-$10,000 pesos per week on bonuses (proven track by our current agents)
