We are looking for an IT Specialist in Monterrey, N.L.

Job skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT role.**:
- Experience in technical support, systems administration, networking, or software development, depending on the focus of the position.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Familiarity with networking and communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and programming languages (Python, Java, C#, etc.) as required by the position.
- Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of **Windows and Linux** system administration.
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.




- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document processes and manage incidents.
- Knowledge of IT monitoring and security tools.
- Service-oriented and good communication skills with users.
