- The Lean Manufacturing & Production Engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives and oversee day-to-day production execution through production leaders. This role will drive Lean methodologies across the factory floor while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and fluent communication with corporate stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain Lean methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Support production supervision through daily management systems and visual controls.
- Deploy and maintain production boards on the shop floor (hour-by-hour tracking, safety, quality, delivery, performance).
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure daily execution of the production plan through production leaders.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and prepare performance updates for corporate teams in English.
- Drive standard work, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis (RCA) activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including ISO 13485.
- Provide training and coaching to production teams on Lean tools and best practices.




- Utilize MES and ERP systems efficiently to support production and reporting.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and/or MedTech device production.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required).
- Experience working within a certified ISO 13485 Quality Management System.
- Advanced/fluent English communication skills (verbal and written), able to present to corporate leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing roles.
- Experience supervising or leading production teams preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of MES/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.- Competencies:
