**Job purpose**:
Join our team to drive FTR trading strategies by building analytical models. Analyze transmission networks, create forecasting algorithms.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain network models used for Bravos’ congestion trading in the ERCOT and SPP markets.




- Conduct contingency analysis and scenario testing to evaluate the impact of network changes, planned outages, and new transmission facilities.
- Work closely with the transmission analysts and software developers to improve data pipelines and implement automated solutions for large-scale simulations.
- Compare model results to actual market results; track causes of errors and propose improvements.
- Identify and quantify risks related to changing grid topologies, load patterns, and renewable integration.
- Contribute to algorithmic development, directly impacting our trading strategies.
