**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the North America DEO team by being the key formula and processing contact for aerosol formats produced both at Unilever facilities and collaborative manufacturers.




- Deployment of innovations for all aerosol portfolio within UL and CMs for Deos NA.
- Support the 5S & Resilience programmes to ensure continuous improvement, costs and security of supply.
- Deployment of digital solutions to improve efficiency within Deos Formulation and processing team in partnership with digital experts.
- Develop best practices in Aerosol formulations & implement across the US team to drive continuous improvement & functional excellence.
- Local budget and CAPEX management for R&D; Deos NA in Mx
- Key member of the Deos R&D; team.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Science or Engineering related qualification and/or relevant experience within R&D;, Processing or Packaging.
- Relevant work experience managing complex projects.
- Results oriented.
- Good understanding of Innovation process.
- Intermediate / Advanced English is a must
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Formula development experience
- Good understanding of FDA requirements (OTC products)
- Stability Program knowledge for USA.
