Join our team as a **Data Scientist** to contribute to a Generative AI Proof of Concept project.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement AI models for personalization and recommendations
- Conduct prompt engineering to improve generative AI outputs
- Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques into AI workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine POC scope and deliverables
- Analyze and preprocess data to support AI model training and evaluation
- Document methodologies and results to ensure reproducibility
- Monitor AI model performance and suggest improvements
- Support deployment and maintenance of AI models in production environments
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Data Science with 2+ years of relevant work
- Familiarity with Data Software Engineering principles and practices
- Understanding of Generative AI Fundamentals and Prompt Engineering
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Natural Language Processing
- Ability to design and implement content ETL processes for AI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience in personalization and recommendation systems
- Knowledge of certification data handling and integration
- Familiarity with AI proof of concept project workflows
