The Project Lead will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects** across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring that objectives related to time, scope, and quality are achieved.
This position requires strong **organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and a results-oriented mindset** in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial) across different facilities.
- Track project performance, milestones, and risks, and provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish governance structures and define roles and responsibilities for each project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while capturing opportunities for improvement.
- Manage project resources and budgets effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.




- Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions and process implementations.
- Represent the project to internal and external stak
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within manufacturing or product development environments.
- Proven experience coordinating multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum).
