YourImpact
- Join the **ALS Americas** regional team coordinating HR projects**:Workday implementation**, **payroll system upgrades**, integrations, and enhancements (data gathering, testing, site coordination, training, vendor management).
- **Centralize, harmonize, and standardize** processes while producing clear **end-user documentation**.
- Collaborate across **HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations** in a **global, shared services** environment.
WhatWe’reLookingFor
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/Engineering (field open; experience weighs more).
- **Languages**:Advanced English** and **Spanish**; **Portuguese** is a plus.
- **Tech & HR**: Strong **Excel**; hands-on knowledge of **Workday** (preferred), **SAP SuccessFactors** or **Oracle HCM**; payroll systems (e.g., **ADP** or others); experience in **system testing** and **training** is a plus.
- **Key experience**:Vendor management**, working with **integral teams**, internal-customer focus (shared services/help desk), and **end-user documentation**.
- **Soft skills**: Proactive **consolidation/centralization** mindset, remote collaboration, strong communication, and results orientation.
