Position: Data Solutions Specialist Location: Remote

Salary: Around MXN 900,000 gross per year, plus benefits The Data Solutions Specialist supports the GS&S; Data Management function by improving how operational data is captured, standardized, and managed across business processes.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining structured data intake solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists) and automating manual workflows to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance data consistency across GS&S; teams. Working closely with the General Data Manager, this role will support the intake and management of data-related requests from stakeholders and develop scalable solutions that ensure business data is captured in a consistent, ingestion-ready format for downstream reporting and analytics.

Essential

Functions

Develop and maintain structured operational data intake solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse. Build and manage SharePoint Lists and Excel-based trackers to support operational workflows. Automate manual business processes using Power Automate.

Support intake and triage of data management requests from GS&S; stakeholders. Standardize data collection methods across operational workflows to improve consistency and data quality. Replace manual or fragmented tracking processes with structured intake solutions where feasible.





Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing Power Platform solutions. Provide light maintenance support for operational Power BI dashboards where required.

Ensure collected business data aligns with agreed standards for downstream reporting and ingestion. Support ingestion-ready data capture processes. Develop and maintain documentation for intake processes and automation workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across GS&S; operations.

Minimum Hiring

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in a similar technical role.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data solutions, business applications, or process automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar technologies).

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time internationally.
