Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee delivery governance, service-level agreements (SLAs), project milestones, and key performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project reviews, status reporting, and continuous improvement activities across delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and overall delivery performance.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Establish, promote,



and enforce project management standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing technology projects, programs, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders, executive communications, and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is preferred.
