Your Impact

We're looking for a Design Manager who combines creative leadership and strategic thinking with hands on design execution.

You'll lead the day to day operation of the Design discipline while actively contributing to concept development, visual exploration, and the execution of high impact creative work. You'll translate business and brand objectives into compelling visual solutions across campaigns, digital platforms, content, and experiences.

Working closely with Account Management, Content, Community, Audiovisual, Production, and PR & Influencer Marketing, you'll ensure ideas move seamlessly from concept to execution balancing creative ambition, exceptional craft, operational excellence, and business impact.

What You'll Do Creative & Design Execution

- Develop and execute visual concepts across campaigns, brand systems, digital platforms, content, presentations, and experiences.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, high quality visual solutions.
- Remain hands on in the design process, actively contributing to concept development and the execution of key projects.
- Ensure every deliverable reflects exceptional craft, visual consistency, and alignment with each brand's identity and objectives.

Creative & Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Design team while remaining actively involved in the work.
- Review and refine creative deliverables, providing clear direction and actionable feedback.
- Partner with Content, Community, Audiovisual, Production,



and Account Management to develop integrated creative solutions.
- Prioritize workloads, allocate creative resources, and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

- Lead the daily operation of the Design discipline, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ensure projects move efficiently from brief to delivery while maintaining quality, timelines, and creative standards.
- Optimize design workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Support new business initiatives through creative concepts, pitch materials, and presentation design.

Innovation & Business Impact

- Stay ahead of design trends, cultural movements, emerging technologies, and evolving visual languages.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence into research, ideation, visual exploration, and production workflows.
- Explore new tools and methodologies that strengthen both creative quality and operational efficiency.
- Balance creative excellence with client objectives, available resources, timelines, and measurable business impact.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related creative disciplines within a creative agency, design studio, or brand environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing creative work across multiple platforms and formats.
- Experience leading and mentoring designers while remaining hands on in the creative process.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, visual systems, and digital design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Motion Design, Illustration, 3D, or UX/UI experience is considered a plus.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with AI powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
- Based in Mexico City.
