? Hiring: EUC L1 Engineer – Mexico City | Onsite
We’re looking for a full-time EUC L1 Support Engineer to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico.
? Location: Colony Spaces Reforma Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México
? Role Overview
- Provide Level 1 End User Computing (EUC) support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Manage IT tickets and user requests
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, and basic IT infrastructure
- Ensure timely issue resolution and an excellent user experience
? Requirements
- Previous experience in EUC / Desktop / IT Support
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Mexico City
- Local availability is preferred
