ROLE OVERVIEW

Black Trader is looking for creative and motivated candidates who are interested in building a career in marketing within the fintech industry. The role involves supporting digital marketing activities, content creation, campaign coordination, and brand promotion across online platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Create content for social media, website, and email marketing

Manage LinkedIn and professional social media platforms

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives

Track campaign performance and maintain marketing reports

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements

Stay updated with trends in fintech, trading platforms, and digital marketing

Technical Skills

Good understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).

Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

Understanding of SEM, PPC campaigns, keyword research, and conversion tracking.

Experience managing social media platforms and content marketing.

Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.) is an advantage.

Understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms is preferred.

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma,



or basic design tools is an added advantage.

Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

0 – 3+ years experience in digital marketing or brand marketing (Freshers can apply)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interest in content creation, branding, and online marketing

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms preferred

Knowledge of SEO and marketing analytics is an added advantage
