Role Description The Director de Operaciones will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient, high-quality execution across programs and initiatives in San José del Cabo, BCS. This contract, on-site role is responsible for managing operational processes, supervising teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and optimizing resource allocation to support organizational goals. The Director will develop and implement operational plans, track performance metrics, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

The role also involves resolving operational issues, enhancing customer service standards,



and contributing to strategic planning to scale impact and maintain compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and implementation of efficient workflows.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, and making evidence-based operational decisions.
- Proven Team Management experience, including leadership, performance coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
- Solid Budgeting skills, with experience in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Customer Service capabilities focused on stakeholder satisfaction, relationship building, and service quality improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
- Experience in mission-driven, environmental, or social impact organizations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work on-site in San José del Cabo, BCS, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communities.
